Reports to: Chief Technical Officer

Position Summary:

The ServiceNow Studio Leader will lead the implementation and strategic growth of ServiceNow services within our company. This role requires acquiring comprehensive knowledge of the ServiceNow platform in order to develop both business and technical strategies, ensuring the effective integration of ServiceNow solutions into our service offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing a comprehensive roadmap for the introduction of ServiceNow into our range of services and products.
  • Developing training programs to create ServiceNow capabilities within our team.
  • Lead and manage the overall product lifecycle, from conception to deployment, ensuring alignment with the organization's goals and stakeholder needs.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Department in order to detect and pursue growth opportunities in current clients and prospects..
  • Facilitate design and implementation of different modules within ServiceNow.
  • Coordinate with technical teams for agile feature delivery, including backlog management and feature validation.
  • Collaborate in the analysis of stakeholder and user needs to prioritize features and design solutions.
  • Manage vendor partnership with the goal of maintaining a healthy relationship that enables growth and fluency.
  • Define plans and strategies to provide support and training to end users, facilitating smooth adoption and efficient utilization of the ServiceNow platform.
  • Collaborate in the talent acquisition initiatives related to ServiceNow, by conducting technical interviews or creating skill assessments.
  • Oversee change management and communication policies related to ServiceNow deployments and updates.

Requisitos

  • 3+ years of experience in product management and/or project management.
  • 2+ years of experience in an agile delivery model.
  • Familiarity with the ServiceNow platform, coupled with a commitment to ongoing learning and enhancing expertise through certification programs.
  • Strong technical knowledge and business acumen, with the ability to interface effectively at all levels within the organization.
  • Data-oriented profile with expertise in utilizing various tools for effective reporting.
  • Excellent stakeholder analysis and management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability in delivering presentations and public speaking, involving clear, engaging, and persuasive communication in front of various audiences.
  • Spanish and English language skills are mandatory.

Desired Skills:

  • Direct experience with ServiceNow implementation.
  • Experience in leading business transformation projects, especially in ServiceNow or ITSM environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a technical field.
  • MBA or similar qualification.
  • Experience with methodologies and/or frameworks to drive innovation, such as Design Thinking, Agile, Lean Startup, or Six Sigma, which provide structured approaches for identifying opportunities, developing solutions, and implementing improvements.
  • Knowledge of ITIL, CMDB and ITSM.
