Position Overview:
Ready to conquer the US Market? We're looking for a Business Development Manager to join our band and make a real impact in the commercial arena. You'll be the maestro of client relationships, the strategist who hunts down opportunities and turns leads into loyal customers. If you love the thrill of sales, negotiating in your sleep, and always seeking the next big business hit, this role is for you!

What You'll Be Doing:

Hunter Extraordinaire:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new clients and those who don’t yet know what they’re missing.
• Identify new sales opportunities like a hunter in the wild by having the ability to dig into client's pains, listen more than you speak and connect those pains with our solutions.
• Propose and promote our services in a way that no one can resist.

Deal Maker:

• Negotiate contracts and pricing like a chess game, always staying three steps ahead.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and development teams to offer tailor-made solutions that leave clients wanting more.

Market Guru:

• Keep an eye on market trends and competitor activities, always searching for the next wave to ride.
• Provide sales reports and analysis that form the foundation for crucial strategic decisions.

Client Whisperer:

• Identify and resolve any client issues or conflicts before they turn into drama.
• Ensure all information about our services is always up-to-date and ready to impress.

Requisitos

What You Bring to the Table:

• 2 to 3 years of proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in tech or software services.
• Communication and negotiation skills that can turn any conversation into a win-win deal.
• The ability to build and maintain rock-solid business relationships.
• Technical knowledge of software products and services that makes you feel right at home.
• The ability to work in a team, but also make decisions like a lone wolf when needed.
• Experience in managing multiple tasks and projects while keeping a positive attitude.
• A university degree in business, technology, or whatever drives your passion.
• Excellent English skills to make our international clients feel at home.
• Willingness to travel to the USA and show them how it’s done at Switch (Visa up to date).
